How long will my order take to arrive?

Digital Items arrive to your email within 5 minutes of completing your order.

For Physical Items, most orders within the U.S are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Shipping time varies by location but usually takes an additional 3–8 business days. You’ll receive tracking info once your item ships.

What if my package is lost?

If your tracking info shows no movement or your item hasn't arrived after a reasonable amount of time, please reach out via our Contact Page. We’ll work with Printify to resolve the issue.

What is your Return Policy?

All digital downloads are non-refundable, since access is granted immediately upon purchase.

That said, if you experience any issues accessing or downloading your file, or if something doesn’t seem right, please fill out the “Submit an Issue" form”. We’re happy to help make it right.

For Physical Items: because each item is custom-made to order, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing issue, we’ve got you covered. Printify offers free reprints or refunds if you notify us within 30 days of delivery. Just fill out the “Submit Issue” form and include a clear photo of the problem—no need to return the item.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a size guide to help you find the best fit. Be sure to double-check it before ordering, as all items are made to order and not eligible for size-based returns.
